The Christmas period can be a difficult time for many, and some people may experience financial difficulties and/or feelings of anxiety, loneliness and grief.

In this workshop we will support each other and discuss how we may be affected during the holidays.

Join us as we:

• Explore what we feel about Christmas
• Decide how to look after ourselves
• Think about how to manage our realtionships
• Make a personal plan for the difficult days to help see us through.
