To minimise the risks to staff, carers and your dependents we are only able to offer telephone advice as an interim arrangement for the foreseeable future.
All outreach advice work in Community Hubs, Support Groups, Respite Activities and Training Workshops will be suspended until further notice.
However, during this time we will continue to deliver the full range of services via telephone.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but wish to reassure you of our commitment in supporting carers and their weelbeing at all times. We will update you as soon as possible of any changes.
We will continue to accept referrals of new carers by fax, telephone, email and via our web-site.
