The National Audit of Dementia (NAD) – a programme that looks at the care provided to people with dementia in general hospitals in England and Wales – are collecting information on the impact of the Coronavirus lockdown (i.e. since 23 March 2020) is having on people with dementia and their family carers in respect of the hospital care they are receiving.
If you care for a person with dementia and they were admitted to a hospital then you can complete the Carers Survey form. ALSO, if there was a situation where a hospital admission would normally have happened but for whatever reason did not, then NAD would like to hear from you by completing the same Carers Survey form.
There is a separate survey for people with dementia or memory problems to complete, which you can access by clicking here.
