The Gateway to Support Services Hub delivers social care services and statutory advocacy for Brent residents.
They aim for people who need additional social care support to lead full and active lives where they are supported to be independent as far as they can be. They also want people to have to choice and control over the support they receive.
The Hub provides a single point of access to three main services on Carers’ Support, Statutory Advocacy and Social Isolation.
Library books delivered to your door. This service is for people of all ages who find it difficult to get to a library due to a disability, age related problems, ill-health, caring responsibilities or similar.
Elders Voice provide practical and social services to the older people in the Borough.
This includes an Accident Prevention Service help keep vulnerable people safe and secure in their homes. The service can carry out basic repairs, improvements and adaptations such as electrical, carpentry and plumbing jobs.
